New roof — Rhu
Full roof replacement in Rhu: existing roof stripped back to the rafters, followed by new roof boarding and installation of a breathable membrane. New leadwork was applied around the chimney, with the chimney's roughcasting finished using Essno chip. Counter battens and tile battens were installed before fitting Marley Modern tiles, completed with new guttering.
Chimney roughcast & resealing
Old lead around the chimney stack was stripped back, then fully resealed and finished with fresh roughcast. A solid, watertight repair designed to keep the chimney protected for years to come.
Full new roof installation
Complete roof replacement from top to bottom. The old roof was fully stripped back, followed by the installation of a new breathable membrane system and fresh battens. Finished with high-quality slate tiles, delivering a durable, long-lasting roof built to protect the property for decades.
